Staying Healthy through COVID-19

COVID-19 quickly changed our way of life in a matter of weeks. Social distancing requirements sparked changes in work and daily schedules. Many of us are experiencing changes in the way we interact with our communities and maintaining our health and wellness routines.

Social distancing can make us easily feel isolated and disconnected, which can exacerbate stress and anxiety. This "chicken-and-egg" scenario can leaves us feeling helpless but I am challenging you to pivot towards a positive outlook.

Below are some lessons that COVID-19 can teach us:

  5. Finally complete long-standing tasks. We all have those items on our to-do list that we put off because we do not have the time. Well, all of a sudden we do!
