  7. Cover your cough or sneeze! Cough or sneeze into a tissue (or your elbow) and then wash or sanitize hands.
  8. Eliminate or limit added sugar from your diet.
  9. If you smoke, stop smoking, or at least reduce the amount you smoke.
  10. Reduce or eliminate alcohol from your diet. 
  11. Avoid sharing utensils and beverages with others.
  12. If you are sick, stay home!
  13. Relax, breathe, and make the best of everyday.
